Information we collect
We receive your email address, product and order details, transaction status, amount, currency and identifiers from Whop to fulfill purchases. Whop and its partners process payment credentials under their own privacy policies; we do not receive full card numbers. If you contact support, we receive your message and the information you provide. Hosting services may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser details and security logs.
Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels
This public business site does not install analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our product funnels or third-party checkout services may use cookies, analytics and advertising technologies such as Whop Pixel and Meta Pixel to measure visits, purchases and campaign performance. Where required, non-essential technologies must remain disabled until you consent through the relevant service’s controls. You can also manage cookies in your browser. Those services have their own privacy notices; this site does not load their trackers.
Why we use information
We use information to fulfill and deliver orders, send access emails, provide support and refunds, maintain security, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, our bases are contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service administration, and consent for optional tracking or marketing where required. We do not send promotional email without the permission required by law.
Sharing and international processing
We share necessary information with payment, hosting, delivery and support providers, and authorities when legally required. Whop may process information independently under its privacy policy. Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections.
Retention and security
We retain purchase records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law, access information while needed to deliver the purchase, and support correspondence while needed to resolve requests and related disputes. We delete or anonymize information when no longer necessary, subject to legal retention duties. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. Where CCPA/CPRA applies, you may request to know, access, correct or delete personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, without discrimination. We do not sell personal information; advertising pixels on other properties may constitute sharing under California law. This site has no such pixels. Contact [email protected] to exercise rights or opt out of sharing on our other properties. We will verify requests proportionately; authorized agents may act as permitted by law and applicable response deadlines apply.
Children and policy updates
Our products are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can address it. We will identify updates through the effective date on this page. Privacy questions: [email protected]. We reply within 1–2 business days.
